We are Topographic Land Surveyors & Setting-out Engineers primarily to the Isle of Wight, S. England and were established in 1993. We believe we have the most comprehensive, detailed local topographic archives available.

Being a small company, we can offer our services at a reasonable level, possibly at a fraction of those charged by larger practices with high overheads. All work is covered by £2M comprehensive Professional Indemnity Insurance.

We pride ourselves on supplying data that makes land surveys easy to read for the layman and yet detailed enough for the most exacting clients. Our list of clients range from the individual, requiring levels for garden landscaping, to national companies carrying out large scale developments, all requiring the same, good local knowledge and personnel service.

We set-out and survey for some of the largest national utilities companies, working with Southern Water for 10 years covering Waste Containment, Sea Outfalls, and Defences. Our involvement includes surveying and on-site engineering supervision for most stages of these construction phases.

The Isle of Wight has benefited significantly from investment for regeneration. Through working for the IW Council our company enjoys involvement in the support of quality design and construction. Projects include: the North Walk, Esplanade Ryde. Wootton Parish urban re-design and refurbishments. Island Surveys provided the topographic data for Architects Marks Barfield on the long-awaited Ryde Interchange.
